Printed from the original paintings…
The original Black ‘n’ White collection is a sixteen piece set of paintings each of which represent a different period of time in the history Newcastle United during an era that spans for over 120 years. From the first ever recorded game on Tyneside back in 1877 to the recent appointment of Kevin Keegan and his attempt to rescue the club from troubled times once again.
Each painting was done on a 12” x 12” canvas using acrylic paint and the whole set has been replicated as canvas prints of the same size. This story takes us through the clubs history explaining each painting and its meaning. Each set of 4 can be put together to form the letters which when put together read NUFC and the story reads from left to right through each letter in sequence.
